November 17: Brands & Fans: Building Fan Engagement

Date: November 17th 2020

Time: 1PM - 2PM

In today’s economy big businesses are growing through personalized experiences and engagement. Big Brands like Lego, Philadelphia Eagles, Star Wars and Coca Cola focus on personalized experiences to create a new generation of customers and fans. Join this webinar to build fanatics.

Most businesses choose to find customers via product development and promotion of those products. More and more however, big business is starting to integrate the two. What if, instead promoting a new product, the product was the promotion? This shift in perspective opens up new channels for creating fanatics of our business, rather than just customers. In this live stream we chat with two recent competitors from the Lego Masters show that aired on Fox in the spring of 2020, Flynn DeMarco and Richard Board.

In this webinar we will learn a few examples from Lego including:

  • Creating Personalized Promotions

  • Integrating Marketing into the Consumer Experience

  • How to create fans not just customers

Who should attend? Entrepreneurs or Aspiring Entrepreneurs:

  • Who have a strong commitment to experience management

  • Seeking to create a brand that is more than just a logo

  • Looking to learn small business lessons from big business success

Through examples from successful branding activities, this session challenges traditional views of fans solely as consumers and introduces a contemporary view of fans as both consumer and interpreter of branded messaging that extend their reach by producing content, resources, and discussions.
