November 10: Health and Life Science Start Up Accelerator - Six Sessions

Apply Today:

Start Date: November 10th

Our start-up accelerator was designed to address classical health and life science business issues. Our approach combines proven methodologies taught by experts + peer learning and actionable assignments, all while honing in the industry specific solutions. Founders of successful health and life science startups reported facing the below issues when starting their companies.

Based on the high demand for this program, you will be contacted by the instructor for an information session, prior to your completed registration.  Over the course of 6 sessions, you will learn about and execute on topics like:

  • Product/market fit and customer validation

  • Getting traction with customers pre-revenue

  • Determining “who is the customer” and the most effective marketing and sales channels

  • Fund raising and cash management

  • Regulatory issues (FDA classification, Quality Management Systems, Sunshine Act, etc.)

  • Customer and revenue generation (who is the “user” and who are the decision makers- complicated in a hospital situation) and then reimbursement (how do you get paid?)

  • Grant and IP decisions and process:

  • Should you apply for an SBIR or STTR grant? Which one? How? Upsides/downsides?

  • When does it make sense to file for a patent? What kind and what is the process

Who should Attend?
