Strat N’ Go Launch in a Digital Age

Is a digital business strategy right for you? This master class helps existing and aspiring business owners, assess their business capability and readiness for digital commerce. It introduces the tools, platforms and infrastructure available to operate the front of the house (payment processing, customer service) and back of the house (digital sales and advertising, remarketing, SEO, etc.) within the digital business theatre. Digital entrepreneurs’ takeaway a Start-Up Checklist to guide their first step into the digital age.

Macro-economic trends in e-commerce, online purchases and the introduction of disruptive technologies are forcing retail businesses in downtowns and commercial corridors to go out of business. Our goal is to provide retail entrepreneurs and small business owners with education, consulting and tools to survive in the digital age.

As a business owner, your time is often consumed with building a better products and services. Unfortunately, having the technically superior product or service does not always translate into business success.

This workshop uses a Design Thinking framework to look at 3 stories from big business success and translate them into meaningful and actionable direction for small business leaders.  Design thinking is a creative problem-solving process that focuses on a user-centered approach to create a solution.
