PROFILE

Tim Daniel helps organizations tackle complex problems, equipping them with knowledge needed to compete in today’s agile and interconnected world and driving transformation through all company phases from start-up to revitalization. By combining his analytical and leadership skills with proven methodologies like Business Model Innovation, Lean Startup and Design Thinking, Tim is a dynamic facilitator and coach. He creates experiential learning ecosystems for individual and organizational transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Coach and Instructor of WD SBDC Growth Academy, Tim helps entrepreneurs acquire new skills to innovate and grow. He believes that a strategically honed, onthe-pulse focus on innovation, is crucial to momentum and growth. His years of senior leadership and international business experience informs a holistic approach that spans the commercial, human, and technical aspects that affect success.

As a senior advisor of innovation and business strategy, Tim supports business development through analysis and translation of industry trends and outside changes that impact company strategy. He provides mentorship to high-potential thought leaders and serves as a catalyst for driving a culture of innovation.

As a founder of several businesses, Tim has a passion for working with aspiring entrepreneurs, and helping them to find pragmatic ways to move forward. He has done so for over a decade of mentoring with SCORE Philadelphia, as an instructor and consultant for the Wharton Small Business Development Center, and as an advisor to several early stage and high growth young companies.
